Brand Identity, Print Materials

Shell Properties provides real estate, brokerage, and property management services. In addition to selling homes, the Shell Properties team works with clients through remodeling and redecorating. All together, Shell Properties helps their client have a positive end to end experience of finding and settling into a new home.

I created the brand identity and printed materials. The three central shells are broken down into individual logos to represent the three distinct services they offer, but ultimately come together to create one consistent brand.
